How to reach Pietrasanta

 

 

 

Pietrasanta and Versilia are located in the northern part of Tuscany, overlooking the Ligurian-Tyrrhenian sea and can be easily reached by any means of transportation.

Whether by car, train, plane or even by boat, it will not be difficult to reach our territory.

From  June to September, the exclusive free service is available only to guests staying at the associated accommodation facilities that connects the four locations of Marina, Focette, Motrone, Tonfano and Fiumetto to Pietrasanta center. In June and September, the evening service is active from Friday to Sunday, while in July and August it will also be active every Thursday.

 

Whether by car, train, plane or even by boat, it will not be difficult to reach our territory.

By car

A12 motorway, VERSILIA exit

 

FROM MILAN: A1 motorway southbound to Parma, then take the A15 (Cisa) to La Spezia. Take the A12 and exit at Versilia

FROM GENOA: A12 motorway southbound to Versilia

FROM FLORENCE: Firenze-Mare A11 motorway to Lucca, take the motorway link road towards Viareggio. Then A12 motorway heading north to Versilia.

FROM ROME: A1 motorway to Florence then A11 to Viareggio. Then take the A12 northbound to the Versilia tollbooth.

 

By train

Pietrasanta station is connected with some italian cities.

10 km away, we find the station of Viareggio, very well connected with the station of Pietrasanta, and from which numerous medium and long distance trains depart.

By plane

Galileo Galilei Airport of Pisa

The important Galileo Galilei airport of Pisa is only 45 km from Pietrasanta.

The airport (and vice versa Pietrasanta) is easily accessible thanks to the many connections by bus and train.

In addition, about 90 km away from Pietrasanta, we find the Amerigo Vespucci airport in Florence, another important point of reference for tourists and visitors.

 

By boat

The closest landing is the port of Viareggio (10Km away from Pietrasanta) which has more than a thousand berths.
